Begin your experience on the Home Page, where we present information like the Flow Index, which reflects blood flow trends to the head. The Flow Index should be viewed as a relative indicator rather than an exact measurement; it captures daily fluctuations in response to various lifestyle factors unique to each individual.

Next, utilize the Daily Journal to record today’s symptoms. While you may experience multiple symptoms, focusing on the most prominent ones will enable you to observe daily changes effectively related to upright posture.

This journaling feature allows you complete control over your symptom tracking.

Commonly tracked symptoms among Lumia members include those closely linked with changes in head blood flow, such as lightheadedness, dizziness, syncope, memory issues, headaches, chronic fatigue, nausea, tunnel vision, and tremors.

The Moments page features your daily graphs in an innovative pinchable and zoomable interface, allowing for a detailed examination of significant changes in Flow.

Finally, the Profile section enables management of your consistent information, including:
